Justin Bieber is not one to let his fans down. He got totally sick during his show last night in Manila, Philippines, even throwing up backstage during his concert. His doctor told him to cancel the show or do a shorter show for his fans, but he ended up doing his entire 90-minute set, and didn’t disappoint his fans at all. Justin tweeted this morning, “sick as a dog… but the show must go on. got called a trooper. lol. LEGGO” We’re sure his fans loved every minute of the show. We hope you feel better soon, Justin!

A video clip of the PDA moment shows the Canadian pop singer giving the Disney star a quick smooch on the mouth, before kissing her again on the cheek. How sweet!

Selena recently said she's cool with being more open about her relationship. "I don't like hiding," she explained to Seventeen. "I do like to keep certain things to myself, but at the end of the day, I'm eighteen, and I'm going to fall in love. Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun is off the hook after his arrest back in 2009. Scooter was arrested when officials asked him to send a Tweet to cancel an event Justin had scheduled at a mall that got out of hand before Justin even arrived.

The charges were dropped after Justin agreed to make an anti-cyberbullying PSA and Def Jam records agreed to reimburse the county nearly $8,000.

Justin also announced on his Twitter page that his tour will be stopping in Japan, despite speculation that they would not due to the recent turmoil.

Justin Bieber had a memorable performance on "CSI" recently -- but the only thing "CSI" star Marg Helgenberger remembers ... is that he "was kind of a brat."

Helgenberger appeared on French radio show "Le Grand Direct des Médias" on Friday where she prefaced the slight with "I shouldn't be saying this, but ..." Always a good sign!

She also said the Biebs locked a producer in a closet and put his fist through a cake.

Justin Bieber is putting his money where his tweets are -- he's going to Japan.

As TMZ first reported, some of Bieber's crew refused to go on the tour stops in Japan because of post-tsunami cancer concerns. But sources close to Bieber told us earlier this week ... he was going no matter what. 

Bieber tweeted his plans today ... confirming the tour stops in Japan will go on as planned. 

Never say never ... go to Japan.
